The paper states and focuses on the tasks for developing and implementing the Programme that include developing the EEE concept itself, creating a student selection system and a teacher selection system, and designing a programme that allows its students to meet the requirements of the modern engineering labor market. An overview of the system currently operational in TPU is provided, and the current composition of the program's curricula is presented as a table.
