The studies were identified conditions for receiving radioactive nanopreparations based on a modified molecule DTPA. The authors has been shown that the direct interaction of 99mTc eluate solution with a solution of a mixture of SnCl2 DTPAmod and radiochemical impurity content unreduced 99mTc (VII) in the preparation labeled with nanocolloids is 2,7% and the yield nanocolloids with the size of 100 nm is about 80%.
