The following features are considered: peculiarities of usage of correlation analysis, cross-amplitude spectrum, coherence function, cross-phase spectrum, time-frequency correlation function in case of frequency limits determination as well as leaks detection in pipelines. The possibility of using time-frequency correlation function for solving above named issues is described. Time- frequency correlation function provides information about the signals correlation for each of the investigated frequency bands.
