The shape, size, specific surface area, phase composition, and agglomeration of low-temperature structures are investigated. The structural formulas of aluminum oxyhydroxides as a function of conditions of their preparation are established. The experimental results of a study dealing with the effects of disaggregation of aqueous suspensions of AlN/Al nanopowder on the morphology of low-dimensional aluminum oxyhydroxide structures formed during their oxidation with water are reported.
