Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) detector was used to investigate the properties of the radiation in the range from 3 to 5 mm of wavelengths among broad frequencies stored in the cavity.In this paper we represent calculations of resonator characteristics essential to obtain quality factor and stimulation factor. Main characteristic is losses of energy due to transmission through resonator mirrors, resistance loss, losses of openings in mirrors and losses on diaphragms. For this purpose we have used methods of losses calculations for free-electron lasers.
