It was found that nanoceramic samples have a complicated structuralscale hierarchy: scale levels of crystallites, subgrains, grains and aggregates. Average sizes of the each level elements in sintered ceramics depend on conditions of nanopowder compaction (pressure P and ultrasound power W).
