The article studies the development of enterprises in foreign and joint ownership (FJO) by regions of Russia. The enterprises in FJO of the main sectors of the manufacturing industry were analyzed. The study period includes 2013-2017. We clustered the Russian regions in terms of the total revenue of enterprises and its growth rates and built a high-quality 8-cluster model of 29 regions. The inverse proportional dependence of the size of total revenue and the range of growth rates was revealed, i.e. large and medium regions in terms of revenue show more stable dynamics than small ones. Regions of the emergence of growth points (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Lipetsk, Vologda, Tula Regions, Krasnodar Territory) and depressive regions (Kaluga, Leningrad Regions and Primorsky Territory) were identified, and we established which enterprises of which industries and what forms of ownership ensured the growth or decrease in revenue. The leaders of growth and decrease in revenue by industry sectors and patterns of ownership were also identified..
