The component composition of the dispersion medium and the active component content in each sample are determined. It is shown that the highest antiturbulent efficiency among studied agents of decreasing the hydrodynamic resistance is inherent to a petrosoluble additive with the numerical value of the “concentration semieffect” C DRmax/2 = 0.0013 kg/m3.
