Язык: английский.Резюме или реферат: The article describes the method of analysis of liquid biological media based on the photometry of samples in the form of sessile drops. Theoretical substantiation of possibility of using drops as tested samples is given. Justification mechanisms of the effect of the processes occurring in droplet samples on their optical properties are described.
