In this paper the MCA method is applied to modeling nanoindentation of nanostructured coatings. The mechanical properties of a model coating correspond to multifunctional bioactive nanostructured film (TiCCaPON) and the properties of a substrate, to nanostructured titanium. Loading is performed by diamond Berkovich indenter. Indentations for different depth of penetration are studied. The calculation results are compared with available experimental data..
