The loading (content) of short (milled) carbon fibers (200 [mu]m) and PTFE particles (5-15 [mu]m) are used as the control parameters. In order to attain the necessary number of reference points a numerical technique is employed that ensures their supplementing up to a regular array with the use of linear interpolation. The obtained dependences of the effective properties versus the control parameters are constructed in the form of surfaces and corresponding isolines. In doing so, a region with the required range of effective properties values is allocated at the isolines graphs.
