The paper considers the problem of expert knowledge formalization under the integrated assessment of the enterprise development strategy implementation. The authors suggest an integrated model, which allows obtaining a generalized estimator of the measure of a company's achievement of established strategic benchmarks. In the paper we show an example of the practical use of this model in the state passenger transport enterprises.
