Sustainable development and complication of modern electric power systems continues: new power facilities are being built and put into operation, a complete technical replacement of equipment and modernization of facilities currently in use are ongoing. Foreign requirements established that power plants based on wind power plants should remain connected to the power system, ensuring that the voltage level is maintained in various emergencies.
