Authors formulated main approaches to creation of specialized analytical laboratories on modeling of security systems and nuclear materials control and accounting systems for training of students on "Nuclear physics and technologies" speciality. Features of realization of educational programs based on distributed education are being analyzed. Technologies of use of active learning methods during accomplishment of project work by students are being considered. Materials on selection of tasks within the frameworks of individual and group projects are presented.
