330 | _aThe influence of hydrogen and helium impurities on physical and mechanical properties of EP-450 ferrite steel has been studied. The techniques of elastic recoil detection analysis, Rutherford backscattering, acoustic emission, acoustic energy dissipation rate measurements, magnetic and eddy-current methods were used. Microhardness of steel samples containing hydrogen and helium has been studied by nanoindentation.
