330 | _aLithium-zinc-titanium ferrite synthesis under thehigh energy action, including mechanical activation of initialreagents mixture in a planetary mill and subsequent heating ofreaction mixture by a high-energy electron beam, is investigatedusing x-ray diffraction and thermal analyzes. The composition ofinitial reagents mixture corresponds to lithium substituted ferriteformation with a stoichiometric spinel formula:Li0.65Fe1.6Ti0.5Zn0.2Mn0.05O4. The synthesized ferrites wereexamined by saturation magnetization and Curie temperaturemeasurements. It was shown that the mechanical activation for60 min and radiation-thermal heating at 800°С of the initialreagents mixture significantly increase the reactivity of solidphase systems, and thereby, decrease the temperature and timeof synthesis, improving the homogeneity of the end product. Theobtained lithium-titanium-zinc ferrites are characterized by thehigh values of both the specific magnetization and Curietemperature. | ||
