In different national surroundings a prayerful house becomes the center of Jewish Diaspora habitation and a guarantee of ethnic self-consciousness and traditional culture reservation. Simultaneously Russian legislation and regional life peculiarities affect greatly the opportunities of the community existence as an independent social structure.
