330 _aThe influence of the rate of heating YBa2Cu3Oy films on the stability of their superconducting properties is investigated. The heating rate limit is identified, within which stable values of electrophysical, structural, and superconducting properties of the films are maintained. The relationships between the thermal degradation condition and the variation in the oxygen content and film structure are studied.
