330 _aThe prospects of oil and gas content occurring in the Cretaceous–Paleogene deposits in the Middle Amur sedimentary basin within the Pereyaslavsky graben have been clarified based on updated data on the tectonostratigraphic complexes of the basin by one-dimensional paleotemperature modeling. Throughout the formation history of the studied part of Pereyaslavsky graben hydrocarbons could be generated in the Early Cretaceous deposits of the Assikaevsky and Alchansky/Strelnikovsky formations. The gas generation conditions of the Assikaevsky Formation exist to the present.
