The challenge with a book based on a reality TV show is that it needs to be informative without giving away the result of the show. This new edition gives a fuller account of different team leaders' management styles, the challenges the teams face and the business-based reasons behind my firing decisions. The business tasks in this book are highly relevant to budding entrepreneurs and business people because they demonstrate core skills required in every company. The new edition is intended to add more meat to your armoury of skills. The format of the programme is unchanged in the new series, but the candidates taking part, of course, are completely different. The themes of the tasks are also different. The mixture of personali­ties combined with the changed tasks will bring a new perspective to the show - and it's going to be an exciting and interesting series. I'll be focusing more on planning, organizing and leadership. Continued monitoring is what we're looking for: making sure that the project is staying on track. In the world of business, as in life, everybody's different. Differ­ent people have different ways of going about things, but can end up reaching the same conclusion.
