The differences between disciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary education structures are denoted.Results: The function of interdisciplinary synthesis in overwhelming cultures alienation is revealed. The potential of transdisciplinary approach in the system of higher education is fulfilled. The specificity of new type education in the context of epoch imperatives and new social practices are shown. The thesis that the holistic tendency maintains integrity originated from transdisciplinary coordination is proved.Conclusions: It is confirmed that in post-non-classical science the transdisciplinarity appears as a new type of knowledge organization in modern university.
