Department of Power Grids and Electrical Engineering of Tomsk Polytechnic University pays great attention for creating of methodical and training materials as the support for using the operator training simulator. Practical results have obtained by means of modeling with operator training simulator as the software tool for training sessions. Each training session divided into several stages. The conclusion of these actions is the analysis of dispatchers’ actions, which can be issued as a training protocol with records of events and managing actions in specific moments of time. These training sessions are performed in a team-based format and every member plays the specific role. Training sessions can be used as training materials for operational and dispatching staff of power companies and also as learning materials for students. Thus, each designed training session simulates a real situation in a power system, which allows dispatching staff to operate in conditions which close to practical working environment. Also, there are proposed and elaborated methods of providing training sessions, in which roles, aims and objectives of the participants are understandable..Аудитория: .Тематика: труды учёных ТПУ | электронный ресурс | тренировки | тренажеры | моделирование Ресурсы он-лайн:Щелкните здесь для доступа в онлайн
